2025 Annual General Assembly : meeting on 21 November in Copenhagen (Denmark)

The next AIOCC General Assembly will take place on 21 November 2025 in Copenhagen.
An extraordinary General Assembly will be convened to elect the Executive Committee, which will then appoint its President. In order to deliberate, at least half of the members must be present. Members may be represented by another member with a written and signed proxy.
Each voting member may hold a maximum of 2 proxies.

Candidature for the Executive Committee

 The Executive Committee is made up of twelve AIOCC members who are responsible for the organisation of their event. The twelve candidates who received the most votes at the extraordinary General Meeting are elected.
The term of office is four years and re-election is possible.
Candidates must make themselves known no later than 30 days before 21 November 2025, and send their candidacy in a signed letter by email or post.

(The postal date of dispatch is decisive).
Each letter of application must be sent to the attention of the President of the AIOCC, Mr Christian Prudhomme.

The letter of application must include :

• the surname and first name of the candidate
• personal address
• the UCI licence number of the event he/she represents
• the event represented by the candidat
